GES is currently looking for 2 CAD Detailers – Custom or Modular.
Our production detailers work within a team of detailers/project engineers, nationally, that coordinate to deliver production details to our fabrication facilities as well as for set-up use at show site.
Postion #1 - CAD Detailer (Custom)
A detailer who has workplace experience including exposure to production detailing and construction/assembly knowledge. This detailer is tasked with more complicated work orders that can overlap lines of business as well as challenge the thinking process to solve technical issues within the design. In addition, custom detailers are expected to leverage their experience and knowledge to add to, but not lead, the engineering process. Detailers will often collaborate with other detailers to complete larger, more complex projects. A detailer will be expected to multitask and prioritize their workload as they are often required to manage multiple drawing requests simultaneously. As a custom detailer, there is room for growth in many departments within the company.
Position #2 - CAD Detailer (Modular)
A detailer who has workplace experience including exposure to production detailing. This detailer is initially tasked with simple to moderate work orders but progressing to more challenging exhibits, using the troubleshoot process to solve technical issues within the design. In addition, modular detailers are expected to leverage their experience and knowledge to add to current process. A modular detailer will be expected to multitask and prioritize their workload as they are often required to manage multiple drawing requests simultaneously. As a modular detailer, there is room for growth in many facets of the immediate detailing team as well as within the company.
