Support warehouse operations in obtaining the amount of inventory that is needed to produce trade-show exhibits. To include, Gem material, Trade show electrical, Deco and specialty items. Partner with in house departments to fill staffing requirements for shows. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials.

 

 

Responsibilities

Company Owned Equipment Support:

  • Analyze usage of company owned equipment across multiple cities
  • Identify cost efficient movements
  • Must be able to work with both physical and virtual inventory to forecast needs at least 30 days in advance
  • Collect and review city documentation and billing accounts are accurate
  • Maintaining inventory lists for multiple cities
  • Review information provided by city contacts is correct
  • Maintain Scope Database and process reporting that supports the planning process

Staffing Process Support

  • Staff Name Maintenance
  • Job function Maintenance
  • Supplying cities with Show Information.
  • Identifying potential Staffing Options
  • Confirming availability with local city personnel
  • Regular utilization Reports
  • Aggregating expected T&E and providing to requesting City
  • System support for cities and backup contact

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in a face paced office environment
  • Knowledge of convention industry preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively within as a team player
  • Able to manage to achieve quantifiable goals
