    Reporting to EVP of Global Marketing, Director of Marketing Communications will work in partnership with the global marketing team and additional internal resources to enhance marketing and enable sales.


    • Collaborate with marketing team to create communications strategies that support marketing campaigns and lead generation objectives.
    • Actively develop and manage a team of three including graphic design, social media, and corporate communications/pr.    Actively manage marketing communications budget and assure that all activities are within budget parameters.
    • Lead, develop and provide monthly metrics on global marketing communications activities including earned media, social media, and brand related communications.
    • Review and update marketing collateral to align with messaging and brand standards.
    • Develop communications tools to support direct sales and drive revenue, including sales presentations, case studies, and corporate elements for proposals.  Assist with internal communications, including C Suite and employee communication.
    • Provide creative guidance and key message development for various lines of business. 
    • Ensure brand standards are enforced, and optimized across global business. This includes advertising, product literature, promotional items, website, signage, vehicles, etc.
    • Work with digital marketing teams on content development, including drafting and editing content.  Work with lead generation team on copy for lead nurturing campaigns.
    • Manage social media, Identify areas to improve engagement and monitor metrics that improve traffic to these sites. Develop copy for ads, collateral, blogs, white papers, sales sheets, etc.
    • Oversee media relations team on the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, reports, advertisements, and other related material. Actively develop story ideas, draft and edit press releases, interface with editors and pursue earned media.
    • Lead agencies, freelancers, and internal team members where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations (marketing materials, advertising, client communications, direct mail, marketing campaigns, press releases, content for trade publications, etc.).
    • Manage corporate communications and work with corporate leadership on communications strategy. Assist with executive communications, including presentations, written communications and videos.
    • Work with marketing leadership, sales leadership and field marketing teams on planning and message develop to support sales goals.
    • Develop and oversee thought leadership strategy to enhance corporate position as a market leader.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of brand and service offerings. Partner and build relationships with vendors, agencies, and others within the industry.



    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications or related field.
    • 4-8 years of marketing communications or public relations experience. Global experience a plus!
    • 2-4 years of management experience.
    • Excellent writing skills. Must be able to draft and edit content quickly. Must be able to clearly present ideas across various medias including written (press releases, bylined articles, ad copy, and collateral), presentations, social platforms and video.
    • Able to generate creative marketing ideas and has good design sense with a “visual eye”.
    • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, and social media applications.
    • Highly organized, proactive, detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.
    • 10-20% travel, including international.
