Candidates require strong communication, organization, and influencing skills. This position is suited for someone who is self-driven, embraces change, and has a comfort level working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. The right candidate must be willing to focus on customer growth and interaction. The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for nurturing, creating leads via outbound calls, email, web chat, and other targeted initiatives to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. This position will be accountable for targets which may include measurement by lead volume, pipeline generation, and/or revenue.




    • Manage a large volume of prospecting by telephone and email, responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound campaigns
    • Effectively build and manage a lead generation pipeline for targeted companies based on line of business
    • Understand and articulate the competitive landscape for solutions specific to each line of business
    • Nurture prospective customers along the buyer’s journey further qualifying the opportunity to the highest quality to hand off to an account executive
    • Build strong relationships with account executives and sales managers to further understand the needs across the line of business with respect to customer targets
    • Leverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers


    • 6 months+ experience in a sales or lead generation role in a corporate or professional setting that is driven by quotas and/or sales goals.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or other related field or equivalent experience required
    • Excellent prospecting, discovery and nurturing skills
    • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter
    • ‘Hunter’ mentality and willingness to be proactive towards reaching goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Direct experience or capacity to learn a CRM application(s), such as or other sales database
    • Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
