    This position will support senior team members and business units with the planning and execution of acquisitions & divestitures and the company’s overall strategic planning process. The role will entail analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models and valuation analyses, conducting industry and market research, participating in due diligence, and preparing presentations, memorandums and other documents for committee approvals. The position will support other ad hoc projects as required.


    • BA or BS with outstanding academic record in finance, accounting, or economics
    • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit underwriting, corporate development, or Big 4 public accounting
    • Progress towards a CPA or CFA a plus
    • Completion of a Wall Street training course a plus
    • Exceptional financial modeling skills and knowledge of accounting and finance
    • Extensive experience completing valuation analyses including DCF, LBO, comparable trading and precedent transaction methodologies
    • Comfort engaging and interacting with senior executives
    • Strong Power Point presentation skills
    • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
    • High standards of professional and ethical conduct
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Vigilant with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Self-starter, high personal initiative, sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
