    Responsibilities

    This technical leader will manage a team of contractors and report to the PMO and Governance Manager.  Responsibilities include:

    • Ability to plan, execute and deliver projects in the IAM/PAM space.
    • Daily management of account provisioning, modification and termination across all systems.
    • Define, update and monitor administrative access to protect the business from unauthorized access and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with security and compliance to assess, define and implement a technology roadmap to improve identity management practices.
    • Monitor of account request tickets, assess quality/SLA adherence, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
    • Document and maintain procedures related to account access administration.
    • Ensure team is audit ready at all times and work with SOX team to demonstrate compliance.
    • Provide leadership and coordination of account administration initiatives to drive simplification, transparency and efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • College degree in Information Technology related field or the professional experience equivalence.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in account administration, including Active Directory, LDAP, IAM and PAM.
    • Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), principle of least privilege, and separation of duties.
    • Experience recording, tracking and managing requests in an online ticket management system.
    • Experience as a team leader in a direct or dotted line reporting capacity.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Experience working with regulated systems; SOX preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
    • High energy, self-directed leader able to consistently collaborate, engage and motivate individuals to meet business objectives.
    • Attention to detail, logical and analytical thinking. Systematic problem-solving capability.
    • Professional and customer service oriented, able to establish/maintain effective and collaborative working relationships throughout all levels of the business.
