    The Finance Manager will provide leadership support to Senior Management in accumulating information, analyzing data and assisting in multi-currency balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, cash flow reporting, and ad hoc analysis.


    • Develop annual plan and monthly forecast updates for key balance sheet accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer deposits
    • Review monthly operating cash flow results; understand and explain monthly activity and variances
    • Prepare written explanations for variances to the cash flow plan and forecasts
    • Create a methodology for tracking month-to-date cash flow results and update key stakeholders involved as to monthly progress
    • Manage a team of Financial Analysts
    • Prepare internal proposals of capital projects
    • Develop tools for process & analysis improvement
    • Drive organizational efficiencies
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested
    • Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position


    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
    • General understanding of GAAP
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze results and determine areas of improvement and causal effects
    • Strong knowledge of financial information systems and demonstrated ability to manage projects/resources 
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little supervision
    • Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Strong business acumen/general management
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Work Environment

    • Typically performs work in an office setting
    • Travel will be required on an as needed basis.
    • Requires working both alone and with others in a team atmosphere
