    The Marketing Operations Director will have regular interactions with the EVP and other functional Marketing leader, Finance, Sales / Sales Operations. This position reports directly to the EVP, Global Marketing.


    • Marketing Business Management: The Marketing Operations Director will act as the staff business manager handling all budgeting, forecasting and operational activities as a delegate to the EVP.
    • Operational Support: The role of Marketing Strategy and Operations Director is critical keeping EVP Staff aligned. Manage issues that require time-critical resolution. Interact regularly with directors and EVP to ensure marketing department is achieving planned results in programs, budgets, and schedules. Provide leadership to management team in decision-making process for effective management of overall activities.
    • Operations Management: Continue to define, evolve, and oversee Marketing metrics reporting and infrastructure development to ensure that our group is achieving results effectively and operating at an ever-increasing efficiency level. The Director and his/her team will be responsible for Marketing performance reporting.
    • Lead Generation:  Responsible for managing lead generation resources that assist in qualifying new opportunities and handing off to sales. 
    • Develop and facilitate the creation / continuous improvement of Marketing process, policies and initiatives
    • Management Reporting, including presentations of results to Marketing and other organizations
    • Program Management: Manage strategic programs and initiatives as necessary to plan, execute, or implement change related to complex issues with scope extending across Marketing and related functions (i.e Funnel analysis, productivity analysis…). Influence others to gain acceptance of changes in impacted areas.
    • Run the Global Marketing staff agenda in concert with EVP.
    • Acts as a liaison facilitating conversations with stakeholder groups including IT, SFDC Administrators, Sales Teams, etc..).
    • Continually monitors the well-being of the Marketing function. Act as advisor to EVP on Marketing functional issues.
    • Working in coordination with other Marketing leaders, be the global main point of contact for Marketing Automation and tools and data flow(s).


    • 10-15 years of marketing experience
    • MBA
    • Ability to help align strategic initiatives into cohesive execution plans.
    • Advanced level analytical skills, global perspective
    • Good communication and influencing skills, able to brief and motivate colleagues
    • Strong knowledge of and Marketing Automation platforms (certifications preferred)
    • Big-picture person, able to sell compelling ideas throughout the function
    • Familiarity with and interest in contemporary marketing productivity and marketing management thinking and trends
    • Broad thinker who appreciates the importance of marketing execution in driving customer purchase behavior, in various regional environments
    • An enthusiastic and energetic individual able to lead cross-functional teams and ensure execution on processes
