    The Operations Coordinator provides customer service sales and support for trade show and convention exhibitors.  


    • Contact exhibitors to clarify electrical orders, update exhibitor order logs
    • Transfer electrical orders to blue prints
    • Process electrical orders and generate labor tickets for electrical labor, track on labor log
    • Review and audit electrical orders against order forms and floor plans ensuring their accuracy
    • Organize electrical orders to ensure correct dispatching at show site
    • Collect all outstanding exhibitor invoices for TSE only shows, and process show close reports
    • Manage all service center functions
    • Effectively dispatch electrical labor tickets to an assigned zoned area at show site
    • Ensure proper work documentation and electrical billing accuracy
    • Work with and maintain communication with exhibitors who are disputing their electrical billing and resolve their concerns
    • Proactively assist Ops Teams with any and all requirements for upcoming shows
    • Support other Operation Coordinators with any and all requirements for upcoming shows
    • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and to complete highest priorities first
    • Keep Managers and Team Members up-to-date on all issues and tasks
    • Assist order entry operation as necessary
    • Perform all duties with the utmost integrity avoiding any conflict of interest between Global Experience Specialists and any other entities


    • Three to five years in a customer service environment preferred.
    • Two to three years of experience in the convention industry preferred
    • Flexibility to travel when needed between 10-20%
    • Must be proficient in MS Office program
    • Training in Oracle software is preferred (Not required)
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little supervision
    • Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, problem solver, and self-starter with an understanding of team goals
    • Must be computer literate
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

    Work Environment

    • Work is performed in office conditions, involving sitting some of the time
    • Work may involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects)
    • Work for long periods of time and be able to walk great distances on show floor
