    Our Exhibitor Services Coordiantor handles the customer service sales and support for trade show and convention exhibitors. Strong customer service skills required, providing first class service in a call center environment. Act as a liaison between GES National Service Cennter and individual city operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Handle customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow through. Assist order entry operation as necessary.   

    Responsibilities

    • Provide customer service support for all exhibitor clients.
    • Resolve issues both internally and with exhibitors.
    • Act as a liaison between Servicenter personnel and show site staff.
    • Provide back-up assistance in the area of order entry.
    • Assist in auditing price tables and exhibitor kits as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years call center, sales, convention service or telemarketing exp.
    • 1+ years data entry - 45 key strokes per minute, 10-key preferred. Bi-lingual a plus.
    • Strong organizational, problem solving skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Word processing proficiency.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data Entry.

    Work Environment

    • Desk/Office environment.
    • Continuous use of computer.
