    The Customer service sales and support role will primarily focus on trade show and convention exhibitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and are expected to provide first class service. In addition, they will also have strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to perform Pre- Show, Show Site, and Post Show Responsibilities.
    • Conduct Booth Checks
    • Visiting Exhibitors on a daily basis with Exhibitors and establishing point of contact
    • Facilitate Collections on Unpaid Orders
    • Trouble Shoot and resolve Exhibitor Issues
    • Contact Exhibitors and provide information relating to orders and payment
    • Enter and Edit Pre Show/ Show Site Orders
    • Act as a Liaison between the Exhibitor Base and all internal and external customers
    • Audit Exhibitor Lists and Pricing Kits
    • Run Report Functions
    • Perform duties as assigned by the Exhibitor Services Supervisor and Manager


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Strong Customer Service Skills with related Industry Experience a plus (Hospitality)
    • Organization and Problem Solving
    • Written and Verbal Skills
    • Attention to detail and follow up
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
    • Able to work in a Team Dynamic
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Ability to Multi Task
    • Sales /Collection Skills –  Call on Exhibitors with the ability to up sell products/ ability to review billing questions both from the Office and at Show Site Locations
    • Travel Required
    • Willing to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as required
