    Seeking a talented and experienced sales leader who has sold and managed large group business for a minimum of 5 years.  Strong Las Vegas hotel sales and/or event management experience with the ability to manage the sales process from opportunity to closure and beyond.  The right candidate will have industry contacts (specifically Las Vegas hotels) that can facilitate the sales process for immediate opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    Individual will be responsible for delivering new business opportunities with a concentration within the Las Vegas market.  Growth opportunities include but are not limited to:

    • New business development in existing channels
    • Development of new channels
    • Client/Exhibitor management during events
    • Pre- and post-con meetings with client alignment

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years sales and/or event management experience at a Director level or above
    • Must be located or willing to live in Las Vegas (no relocation provided)
    • Ability to travel and be onsite extensively (weekends as needed by event)
    • Strong hotel and industry acumen coupled with strong technology knowledge
    • Hunter mentality who identifies triggers for new opportunities
    • Consultative selling style
    • Financially savvy with the best interest of the company at heart
