    We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic business partner to the Finance, National Operations and IT organizations.  This position will collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and organizational leaders to recommend, develop, and execute HR solutions designed to meet the needs of the business, including enhancing employee engagement and fostering a high performance culture.  Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, and have the ability to develop rapport at all levels of the organization.  Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize HR consulting skills to identify HR solutions to meet business needs
    • Proactive employee and leader coaching and development, including the creation and execution of individual development plans
    • Work closely with front line managers and leaders to build high performing teams
    • Execution of core HR processes including pay for performance and succession planning
    • Assist managers with performance management
    • Employee relations
    • Organizational design
    • Partner with managers to assess and enhance employee engagement
    • Work with leaders to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Five years plus as an HR Business Partner with progressively increased responsibilities
    • Experience partnering with business leaders
    • Experience supporting corporate functions as an HR Business Partner a plus
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Employee Relations expertise in a consulting environment
    • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
    • Responsible for multiple functional areas and/or locations
    • Will perform job duties in both office and show site locations
    • Travel up to 25%
