We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic business partner to the Finance, National Operations and IT organizations. This position will collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and organizational leaders to recommend, develop, and execute HR solutions designed to meet the needs of the business, including enhancing employee engagement and fostering a high performance culture. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, and have the ability to develop rapport at all levels of the organization. Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
