    Job Overview:

    This position will service the sales organization, operations and our customers in client specific billing of our products and services. It is a working Supervisor role that will require you to split your time between supervisory duties and regular billing coordinator duties in order to ensure the success of the team and provide our customers timely invoicing.  You will interact with and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our team members, sales departments across the U.S. and other internal groups and individuals as needed.  This position requires integrity, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, team work, prioritization, service orientation, high degree of accuracy and organization combined with high proficiency in multitasking while ensuring compliance with SOX audit standards.

    Responsibilities

    The supervisor will step into the lead role when the department Manager is busy, unavailable or out of office and will act as a role model and consistent resource for all team members. This position will work with management to develop and test innovative ideas to streamline current processes and will be expected to build and maintain relationships with sales and other internal groups. The supervisor will be responsible for holding team members accountable for attendance and behavioral issues while working with the manager on courses of action to correct said behaviors. They may also have specific billing obligations that require individual and confidential attention, such as unbilled reconciliation reports, SOX compliance testing spreadsheets, special labor rules, Adhoc invoicing that is irregular from standard payment terms and AR payment maintenance, etc.

    Qualifications

    • 1 year Supervisory experience preferred
    • 2 years college level coursework in related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Admin). Minimum 2 years billing experience required.
    • 1 Year Industry Experience Highly Preferred.
    • Minimum 2 Years PC Skills required with MS-Office including intermediate level proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook Email.
    • Excellent professional interpersonal skills, communication and writing skills.
    • High proficiency in multitasking and keeping to tight timelines
    • Advanced organizational skills and critical thinking

    Work Environment

    Business Casual

    Long periods of sitting and computer work

    Able to read small print reports

    Extended hours (10+hrs) required often throughout the year, including Saturdays

    Possibility of intermittent travel to other U.S. offices for training, etc.
