We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor that under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager/Operations Manager will assist on assigned shows, or show areas, in coordinating and developing all operational aspects of Show-Site Operations. which is inclusive of Loss Prevention, Safety, Freight, Logistics, Decorating, Exhibit build, Usage management. The person will be expected to deliver the highest level of hassle-free customer service in the most efficient manner possible.

From initial strategy to show-stopping audio visual, accommodations to insightful measurement – and every detail in between – we bring brands to life!

     

    This position is to assist the Supervisor/Sr Data Analyst Coordinator with data analysis on video projects for ethnoMetrics.  Coordinator will calculate key metrics to evaluate attendance and attendee behavior while watching video.  This part-time position is on an as needed basis and depends on ethnoMetrics project workload, which tends to be heaviest from February-May and September-November annually.

    Responsibilities

    • Manually review video to quantify attendance and conduct timing studies
    • Use Excel to compile data from video analysis
    • Use Power Point to illustrate area layouts and traffic flow
    • Provide visual observations of data while quantifying attendance and conducting timing studies
    • Provide recommendations based on the data for client improvement
    • Schedule flexibility – 15-20 hours per week, as much as 30 during peak periods

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Strong organizational skills as well as Problem Solving
    • Ability to communicate well with others
    • Detail orientated
    • Must be able to work under pressure to meet designated deadlines, as well as ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Able to work with little supervision/ at times Data Analyst Coordinator will be the only one in the office, while the other 2 employees are traveling. 

    Work Environment

    • Typical office environment
    • Average 15-20 hours per week, as much as 30 during peak
    • Must be able to sit at desk/watch video between 6 – 8 hrs. a day
