    Our Warehouse Supervisor will help supervise all aspects of pre-show and post-show operations that pertain to material planning and control (Usage), material loading and unloading, Load Lists, equipment delivery plans and transfers between the GES Network.  To direct and supervise the Warehouse Usage crews and Drivers in support of the show site OM’s. To provide superior and hassle free services to our clients in the most efficient and economical manner possible



    • Maintain planning processes and tools such as ScOPE, the Load List, and Show Site shipments with the assistance of the Warehouse Manager
    • Develop and schedule Warehouse staffing levels & assist with show site Labor calls
    • Expedite and document the Return to Warehouse materials sent to Show Site and report all exceptions, shortages and damages
    • Expedite and document the Furniture & Decorating Equipment Transfers between GES cities in an accurate and timely manner
    • Assist in counting & maintaining Annual and Fixed Asset Inventory items
    • Conduct Warehouse Operations in accordance with current Collective Bargaining Agreements
    • GES procedures and policies—especially safety and Always Honest
    • Other Duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.  Supervise all Warehouse processes. This will include the Load List, equipment delivery plans, and loading plans (for both move in and move out) for all shows. Work with the all department leaders, Operations/Usage Department and Account Managers to insure all show site, and client needs are met as efficiently as possible.
    • Assist Warehouse Manager with maintaining DOT compliance with CDL drivers. 


    • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse workforce
    • Three (3) to five (5) years in an operational environment strongly preferred
    • Experience in management/supervisory functions
    • Strong organizational skills, effective under pressure, meeting deadlines
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Self-starter with high personal standards for performance & conduct
    • Detail oriented, enthusiastic leader with experience in a union environment
    • Articulate knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing

    Work Environment


    • Performs work in an office or warehouse setting 
    • Also will be required to performs work on the tradeshow floor, in noisy and crowded areas
    • Requires working both alone and with others in a team atmosphere
    • Requires working with union and non-union employees
    • Overtime/Weekend work due to show schedule
