    We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to take the lead on opening our new west coast warehouse. This position will manage the day to day operations of the warehouse. In  addition, will be responsible for helping manage the fulfillment, loading, shipping, and receiving of both owned and cross-rented equipment for shows as well as managing warehouse staff. This person will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, managing both administrative and warehouse-related duties, and will need to be able to influence and communicate effectively in a fast-paced and high-demand environment.

From small, intimate exhibits to trade shows spanning entire convention centers, ON Services is well-versed in the dynamics of the show floor.     Responsibilities

    • Manage warehouse staff. Provide leadership, development opportunities, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage the fulfillment, loading, shipping, and receving of both owned and cross-rented equipment.
    • Manage the warehouse team and ensure complete and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Manage the processing and expediting of orders.
    • Work with other departments to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment of orders for shows.
    • Manage the receiving QC and check in process as returning orders are received.
    • Meet with warehouse staff to evaluate upcoming shows to determind size and completion dates.
    • Coordinate with logistics to ensure cross rentals are returned to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Work with transportation to manage the day to day delivery/pickups of orders and trucking needs.
    • Ensure safety procedures are met and reinforced with staff.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years experience in the AV industry required
    • At least 3 years experience people management required
    • Experience with rental inventory software preferred
    • High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and Word
    • Must be extremely detail oriented and have a great sense of urgency
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse communication styles
    • Ability to motivate and create a sense of teamwork and collaboration
    • Excellent attention to detail required
    • Excellent professional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
    • High proficiency in multitasking and keeping to tight timelines
    • Proven internal and external customer service expertise
    • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, holidays and weekends as business demands
