    We are currently seeking a Reservations Services Specialist (Call Center / Customer Service Representative) for our New York, Atlanta and Chicago offices.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Answers calls and responds to emails
    • Handles customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
    • Researches required information using available resources
    • Manages and resolve customer complaints
    • Provides customer service information
    • Enters new customer information into system
    • Updates existing customer information
    • Processes reservations
    • Identifies and escalate priority issues
    • Routes calls to appropriate resource

     

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be proficient in relevant computer applications
    • Required language proficiency
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
    • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
    • Must possess excellent listening skills
    • Must have great attention to detail
    • Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus
