The Operations Coordinator position for the Electrical Department assists in the pre-planning of electrical needs on shows with exhibitors and reaching our goal of 87% of electrical information on every show, so that we can execute the services on-site and install as much power required for the show prior to the exhibitor’s arrival. Once on-site the team is moved into the various positions we must carry out on each show, service desk, dispatch desk and data entry coordinator. After each show the coordinator is also involved with helping exhibitor who need help clarifying their electrical billing.
