    We simplify the complex housing portion (AKA the hotel reservation part) of event planning; packing in a ton of service at a low cost for exhibitors and attendees while putting the minds of meeting organizers at ease and increasing their revenue for future events.

     

    Account Services is the department of onPeak|GES that takes the lead in servicing our client accounts. They’re a savvy, hands-on crew that leads account teams, determines our overall event housing strategy and effectively processes thousands of reservation. Reservation Services (a branch of Account Services) interfaces with customers and our hotel partners. This is where reservations are taken, cleaned up and sent to hotels. The team is collaborative and motivated, fostering growth through smart strategy, great communication and high quality customer service.

     

    The Account Coordinator supports the administrative functions of the Account Services department with a wide range of duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director(s) of Account Services. This is a great first step into the exciting world of event hotel accommodations!

    Responsibilities

    Building Hotels + Maintaining Global Hotel Profiles:

    • Assist in executing the onPeak service plan to deliver high quality customer service, strengthen brand awareness/loyalty while driving room night capture and revenue
    • Builds Meeting hotels in Compass
    • Builds hotel and meeting level incentives
    • Builds hotel specific cancel/change/deposit polices
    • Builds payment methods
    • Builds room types and blocks 
    • Manage/process client VIP hotel room requests
    • Assist with Event Recap Reports including the collecting and analyzing of post-show actual and audited consumed room nights
    • Quality Check Hotel Input
    • Initializes, tracks and completes hotel audits within 21 days post show for proper financial wrap up
    • Compiles audit results for Account Executive 
    • Complete departmental projects, tasks and other administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • College degree or equivalent experience and/or 3+ years’ experience in the events or hospitality industry with a focus on customer service
    • Exceptional relationship management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong technical aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
    • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a fast paced environment
    • Strong administrative skills a must
    • Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
