Account Services is the department of onPeak|GES that takes the lead in servicing our client accounts. They’re a savvy, hands-on crew that leads account teams, determines our overall event housing strategy and effectively processes thousands of reservation. Reservation Services (a branch of Account Services) interfaces with customers and our hotel partners. This is where reservations are taken, cleaned up and sent to hotels. The team is collaborative and motivated, fostering growth through smart strategy, great communication and high quality customer service.
The Account Coordinator supports the administrative functions of the Account Services department with a wide range of duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director(s) of Account Services. This is a great first step into the exciting world of event hotel accommodations!
