Entry level CAD drafting position.  Candidates typically are just beginning their careers and as a result may have very little workplace experience as a CAD draftsperson and may be a recent graduate of technical school or college majoring in a technical field with AutoCAD.  A junior detailer is tasked with simple work orders specific to the line of business they were hired for; custom, modular, or retail.  No CNC (Mastercam) experience needed at the time of hire, but training is given during this level of employment in detailing. While strong communication skills are required for the junior detailing role, a junior detailer is not expected to lead the detailing projects through production but instead expected to receive detailing instructions from either a manager or project manager and use their AutoCAD skills to produce the required project details.
