    GES is seeking experienced trade show warehouse personnel with the ability to carry out the essential duties of this position.  This position includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities and qualifications indicated in this posting.



    • Locate crated exhibit properties in warehouse and stage for shipment or inspection
    • Load and unload trucks
    • Set-up and dismantle exhibit properties
    • Maintain customers’ exhibit properties and inventories including pull and pack for shipment and inspection upon return
    • Perform basic store fixture, cabinetry or exhibit assembly work
    • Perform box assembly and packing
    • Perform minor repairs to exhibit properties and crates
    • Pull and pack fulfillment orders and prepare for shipment
    • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse
    • Follow company safety guidelines
    • Respect and properly maintain company equipment
    • Maintain communications in a cooperative, respectful and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
    • Use hand tools and power tools safely
    • Install basic lighting, audiovisual and graphic components
    • Mentor and train entry-level employees



    • Proven warehouse knowledge, ability and experience
    • Proven knowledge of client properties and inventories
    • Proven ability to lead projects
    • Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined
    • Experience in exhibit business or related field
    • Forklift experience (will certify once hired)
    • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
    • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently once given assignment
    • Ability to read and follow work order details thoroughly
    • Ability to follow directions and respect supervision
    • Ability to communicate openly, honestly and constructively
    • Ability to use portable inventory scanners/shipping software
    • Ability to use ordinary hand tools, power tools and forklift
    • Basic computer skills

    Work Environment

    • This position reports to the Warehouse Foreman.  It focuses primarily on warehouse work in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house where deadlines cannot be missed.  The candidate is expected to follow all company policies and safety guidelines while upholding the quality standards of the company.
