The Operations Coordinator position for the Electrical Department will coordinate the three (3) phases of Convention Center Show Organization and Planning. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for three phases: Pre-planning, Show-site and Post-show. In the Pre-planning phase, you will take a proactive role in communicating and confirming show-site electrical order requirements. At Show-site, you will greet exhibitors and provide "Premier" Customer Service by executing any order changes that the exhibitor may request. The Post-show responsibilities include reviewing, clarifying and distribution of final invoices.
