Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial Kronos time and attendance implementation services to include:
  • Work with Kronos team on design, configuration and testing the application related to time and attendance, particularly with union work and paid time off rules.
  • Lead and participate in the creation and execution of test scripts.
  • Train on the Kronos and Passport products to serve as a super user. During the “train the trainer” phase, help train the respective user base.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for troubleshooting and tracking issues and working with project team and/or Kronos and Passport as necessary to resolve during the initial implementation and ongoing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of work rules and paid time off rules in accordance with Company policy, federal and state regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with demonstrated or proven experience on the application of Timekeeping/Payroll principles and concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper.
  • Minimum 5 years leading, coaching and engaging employees.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of timekeeping administration including union work rules and paid time off rules; and federal and state wage & hour regulations, in a multi-state environment.
  • Strong issue resolution and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Excellent research, computation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and work under time constraints and deadlines.
